First session
Our first session will consist of learning about each other and building trust. Before I can help someone I need to learn who they are and their history.

Treatment methods
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
Firstly learning from the client so that I can do a proper assessment. Then targeting the clients greatest stressors thereby empowering them toward a healthier mindset and therefore behaviors. Helping them to go from negative to positive.
Couples Counseling
Extensive work with couples all over the world. Attachment styles, love languages, navigating conflict and learning ho to fight fair while having healthy boundaries.
Christian Counseling
Strong faith, incorporating prayer when requested or wanted. explaining and educating those in need of spiritual growth.
Child Parent Psychotherapy
Navigating the dynamics of parenting and the void sometimes felt between children and adults. Truancy, drug use, self esteem and confidence building experience.
