I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 14 years of experience supporting individuals navigate through a wide range of emotional and life challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress, and relationship concerns. My approach is compassionate, nonjudgmental, and individualized, creating a safe space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported as they work toward meaningful change. I believe therapy should be safe space where you can be your authentic self.
First session
Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and being to understand what brought you to therapy. We'll talk about your concerns, your goals, and challenges you may be experiencing, while also exploring your history and the things that have shaped where you are today. More importantly I want you to feel heard and respected.

I bring compassion, empathy, and more than a decade of clinical experience. I believe one my greatest strengths is my ability to create a comfortable, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe being open and honest about what they are experiencing. I take a collaborative, strength-based approach and work to understand each person. It is my goal to help clients recognize their strengths, gain a better understanding of themselves, and develop practical tools to navigate challenges and create meaningful change.
