What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

My goal is to create a safe space where patients can tell their story, gain insight into how that has impacted them, and create a new reality that is more fulfilling. Patients can expect sessions to be a collaborative process, designed to empower them to accomplish mental health and wellness goals. I can offer new perspectives and provide insight moving them towards their personal goals.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My greatest strengths as a therapist lie in my ability to create a safe and empathetic space where clients feel heard and understood. I believe in actively listening, building strong therapeutic relationships, and tailoring my approach to each individual's unique needs and goals.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I have the privilege of working with a diverse array of clients, each bringing unique challenges that can lead to transformative growth. My ideal clients are those who are genuinely motivated to engage in the therapeutic process. My passion for being a therapist stems from my commitment to helping individuals navigate their lives, especially those undergoing significant transitions such as moving, career changes, or healing from a divorce or breakup. I find great fulfillment in supporting individuals facing family dynamics that hinder their ability to thrive. This includes people who, despite once being highly functional, now grapple with interpersonal conflicts, work-related stress, a history of trauma, depression, anxiety, or difficulties with self-worth and boundary-setting. There is no greater reward for me than witnessing someone overcome their challenges and uncover healthier ways to communicate and care for themselves. Together, we can embark on a journey of growth and resilience that leads to lasting change.
