New to Grow
Hello, I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) dedicated to supporting women through life's unique challenges, with a special focus on motherhood. Whether you're navigating pregnancy, postpartum changes, infertility, parenting stress, relationship challenges, or simply feeling overwhelmed by the demands of caring for everyone else, I'm here to provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can focus on your own well-being. I believe every woman deserves to feel heard, supported, and empowered. Together, we'll work to understand your experiences, strengthen your resilience, and develop practical tools to help you move forward with greater confidence and balance. Seeking therapy is a courageous step, and you don't have to face life's challenges alone. My goal is to help you reconnect with your strengths, prioritize your mental health, and create a life that feels more fulfilling and authentic. I look forward to walking alongside you on your journey toward healing and growth.
Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and discuss what brings you to therapy. I'll ask questions to better understand your experiences, current challenges, and the goals you'd like to work toward. There is no pressure to share everything at once. We'll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard. Together, we'll begin developing a plan that supports your needs and goals.
As a therapist, I bring both professional training and personal life experience to my work. Having walked through infertility, IVF, child loss, motherhood, and relationship challenges, I understand how deeply these experiences can impact every part of your life. While your journey is uniquely your own, my lived experiences help me approach these conversations with empathy, compassion, and an understanding of the complex emotions they can bring. My style is laid-back, approachable, and genuine. I want our sessions to feel like a place where you can be yourself without fear of judgment. At the same time, I'm not afraid to gently challenge unhelpful patterns or encourage you to step outside your comfort zone when it supports your growth. Therapy doesn't end when our session does. When it fits your goals, I'll often suggest practical exercises, reflections, or "homework" to help you apply what we've discussed in your everyday life. My goal is to help you create meaningful, lasting change that goes beyond our time together.
My ideal client is a woman who is feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or stuck and is ready to invest in her own healing. She may be navigating infertility, IVF, pregnancy, child loss, postpartum changes, the demands of motherhood, relationship challenges, or simply trying to find herself again after putting everyone else first. She doesn't have to have it all figured out, but just a willingness to be honest, curious, and open to growth. Together, we'll explore what's keeping her stuck, build healthier coping strategies, and create meaningful, lasting change. If you're looking for a therapist who offers compassion, accountability, and practical tools, we may be a great fit.

I identify as
Solution Focused Brief Treatment
I use a solution-focused approach to help clients identify their strengths, build on what's already working, and create practical steps toward meaningful change. Rather than staying focused only on the problem, we'll explore your goals and develop realistic strategies to help you move forward. Together, we'll identify small, achievable changes that can have a lasting impact on your daily life. My goal is to help you leave each session with greater clarity, confidence, and tools you can use outside of therapy.
Narrative
Narrative therapy helps us explore the stories you tell yourself about your life and experiences. Sometimes difficult experiences, such as infertility, loss, relationship struggles, or the challenges of motherhood can shape the way you see yourself. Together, we'll examine those stories, separate you from the problems you're facing, and identify the strengths, values, and resilience that have been present all along. My goal is to help you create a more empowering narrative that honors your experiences while recognizing that they do not define who you are or what your future can be.
