Hi, I’m Alicia, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing virtual therapy to adults throughout Florida. I understand that reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, and my goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, heard, and supported. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, stress, burnout, depression, life transitions, relationship concerns, and women’s issues. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical, helping clients gain insight, build coping skills, and create meaningful change at a pace that feels right for them.
During our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know one another and discussing what brings you to therapy. I’ll ask questions about your current concerns, personal history, strengths, and goals to better understand your unique situation. This session is also an opportunity for you to ask questions and determine whether we’re a good fit. My goal is to create a comfortable, supportive environment where you feel safe sharing your experiences.
Clients often describe me as warm, approachable, and easy to talk to. I balance providing a supportive space with helping clients identify patterns, challenge unhelpful beliefs, and take practical steps toward change. My experience working with diverse populations has strengthened my ability to meet clients where they are while honoring their unique backgrounds and experiences. I believe therapy is most effective when clients feel genuinely seen, heard, and empowered throughout the process.
My ideal clients are adults navigating anxiety, stress, burnout, life transitions, depression, relationship concerns, and women’s issues. They may feel overwhelmed, stuck, emotionally exhausted, or unsure of how to move forward. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts and emotions, develop healthy coping strategies, build confidence, and create meaningful change. Whether you’re adjusting to a new chapter in life or working through ongoing challenges, therapy can help you feel more balanced, empowered, and connected to yourself.
