New to Grow
As a licensed clinical social worker, certified life purpose coach, and psychosocial rehabilitative therapist, I bring extensive experience supporting adults, teens, and families in crisis. I also hold specialized training in Child Welfare & Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). I help clients uncover their core identity and calling by exploring how past experiences, temperament, and belief systems shape their present-day behavior. Using a blend of personality psychology and talk therapy, I help clients make meaningful connections that lead to healing, self-discovery, and alignment in the mind, body, spirit, and soul.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
In your first session, we'll focus on getting to know you, what concerns brought you to therapy, and then decide the most appropriate ways to help you make progress. I often explore how your thoughts and emotions are impacting your mental health or relationships and will determine which of my approaches would best serve you. During, I will also answer any questions you have before we begin identifying initial coping strategies or areas of focus for going forward.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
My greatest strengths as a therapist are my ability to help clients deeply understand themselves, identify patterns that keep repeating in their lives, and translate insight into practical change. My approach is integrative and temperament-based, meaning I tailor therapy to how each client is naturally wired rather than using a one-size-fits-all model. I blend trauma-informed care, cognitive-behavioral strategies, attachment work, and skills-based interventions to support emotional regulation, healthier relationships, and a stronger sense of identity and purpose.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
My ideal client is the individual navigating life transitions, identity confusion, or emotional overwhelm. They crave clarity, confidence, and a sense of direction—but often feel stuck or unsure of their next steps. They’re seeking deeper self-awareness, healing from past wounds/rejection, or alignment with their God-given purpose. Whether faith is central or not, they want a safe space to process their story, uncover patterns, and build a life that reflects their true self. I will help you navigate struggles like low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, stress, and relationship challenges one step at a time.
