I have spent over 20 years in the field working with a wide range of individuals, challenges, and clinical needs. Throughout my career, I've had the opportunity to help clients from diverse backgrounds, ages and life situations, which has given me a deep understanding of the many ways people struggle and the many ways in which they can heal. There are times in our lives when patterns that once served us well begin to inhibit us from moving forward and progressing. My goal is to identify these patterns, provide insight into their origins, and work with you to build a healthier and more enjoyable way of living.

Hi! I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) based in Florida. I received my Masters from the CAU University of Florida and have been practicing for 15 years. I help adults struggling with depression/anxiety to improve their general mental state and be able to function better in daily life activities. Throughout my time in counseling I have been able to help many clients overcome their problems that limit them from functioning at their full potential.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Work in the state of Florida who helps individuals, families, and communities cope with life's obstacles and relational conflicts to work towards thriving instead of surviving.
