I earned a Master of Social Work degree in Advanced Clinical Social Work in Independent Clinical Practice and Health Care Specialization from Aurora University in 2016. I am a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor and received my CADC in 2021. I have experience working with individuals experiencing symptoms related to anxiety, panic attacks, social anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, stress, life transitions, LGBTQ+ issues, imposter syndrome, low self-esteem, perfectionism, grief, loneliness, ADHD, OCD, trauma, and substance abuse.
