Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I am using cognitive behavioral therapy; we work on replacing unhelpful thinking styles and behavior replacing them with productive ones. CBT is excellent treatment based on scientific support, CBT is commonly used to treat a variety of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety disorders, PTSD, and eating disorders. It's a structured, goal-oriented approach that typically involves working with a therapist over a set number of sessions
Humanistic
The primary goal of CPP is to support and strengthen the relationship between a child and their caregiver as a vehicle for restoring the child's cognitive, behavioral, and social functioning. Treatment also focuses on contextual factors that may affect the caregiver-child relationship
Gestalt
The core idea of Gestalt therapy is that people are best understood when viewed as whole entities consisting of body, mind, and emotions. It encourages self-awareness and personal growth by helping individuals understand their current feelings and challenges.
Family Therapy
Family can address a variety of concerns, such as communication problems, infidelity, financial issues, and differences in parenting styles. The goal is to help both partners understand each other better and develop healthier ways of relating to one another
