I received my BFA in theatre Arts from Jacksonville University, went on to study acting and theatre in London for a year, "pounded the pavement" in NYC for four years and then it was back to grad school for my Masters in Counseling Psychology. I mention my theatre training because it has been invaluable in my counseling work. I strive to 'wear the shoes" of my clients, see the world through YOUR EYES, LEARN YOUR WORLD VIEW, and most importantly practice active listening!
