My name is Christina Herwig and I have been practicing for over 20 years in south Florida . My hope is the help clients better understand themselves and the world around them. Whether it’s your first time in counseling or you are looking to dive deeper than you have before. I am hopeful working together we will help you feel empowered and safe.

My ideal clients are self-aware and motivated to better understand themselves, improve their relationships, and create a more balanced and meaningful life. Clients who may be experiencing anxiety, stress, or overwhelm. Dealing with loss, anticipatory grief, or terminal illness. I also work with those dealing with trauma or unresolved past experiences.
