LMHC, 4 years of experience
New to Grow
Hi, and welcome. I know that looking for a therapist can feel intimidating, especially when life has already thrown so many challenges your way. It’s normal to feel overwhelmed, uncertain, or even hopeless in the process. But I want you to know—you're not alone, and support is here. After facing my own personal challenges with relationships, parenting, and identity, I felt called to help others move through the same struggles. With over 15 years of experience, I work as both a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). My work integrates clinical therapy with behavioral science to support individuals, couples, and families in navigating their lives with confidence, clarity, and compassion. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where we can explore what’s holding you back, understand long-standing patterns, and begin building new skills and perspectives that support sustainable change.
In our first session together, I’ll listen closely to what has brought you to therapy and the challenges you’re facing. You’ll find our time together feels like a natural, supportive conversation, while I learn more about your life and experiences.
I will work with you to achieve your therapeutic goals through an eclectic blend of evidence-based approaches. Above all, I strive to create a safe, comfortable, and nonjudgmental space where you feel truly supported, heard, and empowered throughout your journey.
Through Telehealth, I work with clients going through life transitions, relationship challenges, LGBTQIA issues, multicultural issues, anxiety, and depression.
I've used CBT to help identify challenging and sometimes persistent thoughts that can trigger anxiety and depression. We work together to rewrite those thoughts with the use of journaling and other helpful techniques.
I've used psychodynamic to conceptualize how patient and identify their attachment styles
One size does not fit all, therefore, I use a variety of techniques with my patients to meet them where they are in their journey to wellness. Some patients may need to learn techniques to help them regulate their bodies while other patients may need help identifying patterns.
