New to Grow
I’m a licensed therapist with seven years’ experience in community-based mental health, specializing in supporting young adults managing anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I have experience working with trauma and completed TF-CBT training, as well as Parent Management Training. I also participated in a Seattle Children’s training and research study focused on building executive functioning skills and improving school performance. I take a collaborative, strengths-based approach to skill-building, goal-setting, and practical coping strategies. Outside of work I enjoy going to the beach, paddle boarding, and biking. I welcome you to reach out to see if we’re a good fit.
In the first session we will get to know each other, review new client paperwork, and discuss the presenting issues that bring you to therapy.
My therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative, and evidence-based, with a strong focus on helping client's build practical skills while feeling genuinely supported throughout the process. I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges using approaches including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Parent Management Training (PMT). I strive to create a safe, non judgmental environment where clients and families feel empowered to better understand their experiences, strengthen coping strategies, and create meaningful, lasting change
My ideal clients are young adults navigating the transition to independence while managing anxiety or depression—students, early-career professionals, or caregivers learning to balance work, relationships, and self-care. They are motivated to build practical coping skills, want support clarifying values and goals, and seek a collaborative, nonjudgmental space to process setbacks, reduce overwhelm, and increase resilience. Together we focus on realistic strategies for mood regulation, time and boundary setting, and meaningful life changes that honor their strengths and promote sustained wellness.
