Hi! My name is Rosario Aceves. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is excited at the opportunity God has given me to help you through Grow Therapy. I have over 15 years of experience working with teens, adults, and the elderly. As Director of Social Services in a nursing and rehabilitation center I dealt with issues around anxiety, depression, grief, family conflict, care planning, end of life issues, counseling clients to better manage, often times very complex health conditions, provided resources and more. As an Integrated Behavioral Health Clinician at a non-profit clinic I provided individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, parenting support, grief and loss, mental health concerns and substance use. I worked closely with, and provided consultation to medical providers and the medical care team to provide holistic and comprehensive care. Due to the pandemic opportunities to provide individual therapy via telehealth has been transformative to both my clients and I.
When I'm not working I love spending time alone with God, my husband of 14 years, my four wonderful daughters, family and friends. I have been primarily homeschooling my girls and managing my home to the best of my ability. Being in nature, especially by the ocean or river, drawing, painting, journaling, hiking, playing a sport like soccer, volleyball, basketball, and tennis are things that refuel me.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of clinical experience, grounded in a lifelong passion for providing meaningful clinical services and fostering healing relationships. My academic journey began with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, followed by a Master's in Clinical Social Work with a concentration in Community Mental Health. These foundations shaped a career centered on serving diverse communities and addressing a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges.
Throughout my training and professional work, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals across the lifespan from adolescents to older adults struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and complex life transitions. My early clinical experience included providing therapy to incarcerated youth and working in Kaiser Permanente’s Behavioral Health department, treating a broad general population. I also had the opportunity to engage in international mental health work, serving Syrian refugees in Germany during a study abroad program.
Professionally, I’ve held leadership roles overseeing residential psychiatric facilities for individuals experiencing homelessness and served as a psychological expert in the court system, where I helped provide treatment and mental health diversion for those involved in the criminal justice system. Additionally, I’ve supported the next generation of therapists as a clinical supervisor for graduate students and early-career clinicians.
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Ph.D. candidate in Depth Psychology with a focus on integrative healing practices. Over the past nine years, I’ve supported individuals and families across diverse clinical settings, including schools, private practice, and NGOs globally. My work centers on helping clients reconnect with their authentic Self by gently exploring the uncharted terrain of the inner world.
I believe that true transformation begins when we stop trying to fix ourselves and start listening to what our symptoms, patterns, and longings are asking of us. Therapy with me isn’t about finding quick solutions. It’s about being witnessed in your vulnerability, meeting yourself with compassion, and remembering who you are beneath the protective layers that once kept you safe.
Whether you're navigating grief, relational pain, life transitions, or the quiet ache of disconnection, I offer a grounded, compassionate space for deep inquiry and healing.
If something here resonates, I invite you to reach out. We can begin with a conversation and explore what’s possible.

Are you feeling stuck or held back from the life you truly want to live? Life’s challenges—stress, pain, and unresolved experiences—often settle in our bodies, shaping how we move through the world. By gently turning toward these parts of ourselves, we create space for healing and growth. My goal is to support you to feel heard, seen, and empowered to transform these challenges. Marriage & Family Therapist | Couples Counseling | Postpartum & First-Time Parent Support
The transition into parenthood can place unexpected strain on even strong relationships. Many couples experience increased conflict, emotional distance, or difficulty communicating after the birth of a child. First-time parents may also struggle with anxiety, overwhelm, identity shifts, and symptoms of postpartum depression or anxiety that feel isolating or hard to name.
I specialize in working with couples and first-time parents navigating relationship stress and postpartum mental health challenges. I support clients through this transition by helping them strengthen communication, rebuild emotional safety, and develop practical tools that support both individual well-being and long-term relationship health.
Clients often come to therapy feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward together. In our work, we slow things down, identify unhelpful patterns, and build skills for emotional regulation, clearer communication, and deeper connection — both individually and as a couple.
Hi there, my name is Dr. Liz! My passion is working with emerging adults who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, grief and loss, relational challenges, or life transitions.
I value building a strong therapeutic relationship and empowering my clients using the strengths they already have, as they journey towards hope and healing. My hope is that each of my clients feels safe to be their honest, authentic selves with me, and that they feel seen, heard, and understood.
Over human history, people have mostly lived in close-knit communities. This has eroded with the advances in transportation and technology. Most people have lost much of the social support our forebearers enjoyed. Mental Health Professionals have taken on this role in their respective communities and are an excellent resource for you to realize your strengths and improve your well-being. When your car breaks down you take it to a mechanic. When your tooth hurts you see a dentist. When your mental health can use a “tune-up,” see a Mental Health Professional!

Hi there, as a licensed Clinical Psychologist, I offer a space in which we pay close attention to what is happening within and around you, emotionally, physically, relationally and provide a safe space in order to do so. We work together to connect you to the underlying meaning of your pain, bringing not only relief but an increased capacity to tolerate future struggles. Part of our work will involve exploring your life's patterns and expanding the awareness needed to helpfully move them in your desired direction. You will grow non-judgmental curiosity about yourself and others through this process, which will nurture a more authentic engagement in your relationships. The way I work is typically integrative, which means I draw from several theories in order to meet the immediate as well as underlying patterns of behavior that may not be serving you.
Jungian therapy will look at the relationship of your “self” to your experiences and look at problems as a symptom of something deeper.
Whether it be a thought or perception, dream, belief, value or current relationship that brings you to therapy, we'll look for what messages are coming to you from within. Tapping into your own creativity, we can use myth and metaphor, poetry, dreams, literature and art to explore your relationship to the problem.

“You can’t stop the waves, but you can learn to surf.” – Jon Kabat-Zinn
In life, there are going to be things that you have no control over. Your only choices are to quit, adapt, or learn something from it. Which choice will you make? Learn to surf or stay out of the ocean?
My name is Dr. Jennifer Jasmin. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California. My Master's degree is in Counseling Psychology and my Doctoral degree is in Organizational Development Psychology. I started my clinical journey in 2009.
Hi there! Nice to meet you. My name is Ryan and I am really glad you are here.
I’m not your stereotypical “sit and nod” kind of therapist—I like to keep things real, down-to-earth, and maybe even a little fun when it feels right. My goal is to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are, without fear of being judged or “too much.”
I work with both teens and adults, using a person-centered approach that focuses on you—your story, your strengths, and your pace. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, or figuring out life as a neurodivergent person in a world that doesn’t always get it, we’ll work together to make sense of what’s been heavy and find ways to lighten the load. I’m here to help you understand yourself better, build self-trust, and move toward a life that feels more balanced and authentic.
Therapy with me is a mix of empathy, honesty, and humor. Some days it’s deep reflection; other days it’s simply finding a moment of calm in the chaos. I believe growth doesn’t have to mean changing who you are—it’s about reconnecting with who you’ve always been.
Outside of sessions, I’m usuall spending time at the gym, with my dog that I am training to be my service dog, my latest crochet project, thrifting, mindfulness exercises or in my own therapy. If you’re looking for a therapist who’s approachable, open-minded, and genuinely invested in helping you feel understood, I’d love to meet you.
Hi, I’m Norma Elia Luna, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the therapist behind Sol de Luna. Life can feel overwhelming and unpredictable, and at times it may seem difficult to find your way forward. My role is to meet you exactly where you are, whether you’re carrying stress, anxiety, grief, or the weight of past experiences and to walk alongside you with compassion and clarity.
My approach weaves together practical tools with a focus on calming the nervous system and strengthening your sense of self. In our work, we’ll build safety first, then move toward lasting growth, helping you feel more at home in your body, your relationships, and your life.
Therapy isn’t about fixing you; it’s about creating a space where you can reconnect with your strength and begin to grow again. You don’t have to walk this journey alone, I look forward to walking it with you.

I'm here to provide an encouraging experience where you can explore your thoughts and feelings openly while also working towards your goals as you define them.
As a provider, I am supportive, validating, and focused on you. Within this framework, I am also honest and direct, qualities I find many people appreciate in a therapeutic relationship. I think of therapy as a tool that can get you to a new way of thinking or out of a rut. Therapy can also be hard work, but that doesn't mean it has to be a hard time. I've been in the field long enough to know how normal having problems is. The people I work with appreciate that therapy can be a place to laugh, cry, and sometimes both at the same time.
Life is weird, but having help can help.
Hi, my name is Martha Garcia-Enright and I am an LMFT providing care in the state of California. I have over a decade of experience working with diverse populations in various settings ranging from outpatient mental health care to crisis residential treatment. I help clients through difficult times and life transitions to empower them to live their lives to the fullest with the tools necessary to overcome future obstacles or barriers.
As a mother of two beautiful girls, I have a strong passion to assist mothers in their journeys. So many transitions are happening to women in the journey of motherhood, and not enough support is offered or available to us in these times. I am focused on helping you through any part of your motherhood journey, and being a safe place for you to explore your current issues. I want to empower you to be the best version of yourself, with the overall goal of gaining hope and confidence to improve your quality of life.
