Hello, I have been a therapist for my whole life, or so it would seem. I feel as though I have always been a good listener and have been there for friends, family and people that need somebody to listen. I have learned a lot about what people have gone through, from working with adults in jail and/or teens trying to understand themselves. Life is complicated, maybe you just need somebody to listen.
Build rapport and spend time to begin to understand who you are, what you want in life and how to relate to those around you.
Supportive, how to build strength in who you are and how to pursue your dreams.
Adults and teens trying to explain and identify who they are and where they fit in todays world.
These strategies might include: Learning to recognize one's distortions in thinking that are creating problems, and then to reevaluate them in light of reality. Gaining a better understanding of the behavior and motivation of others.
