LeAnn Wright

LMFT, 12 years of experience

Hi! I’m LeAnn Wright, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Clinical Supervisor with over 12 years of experience. I specialize in treating PTSD and working with teenagers who face a wide range of challenges, including anger, defiance, and oppositional behaviors. For over a decade, I’ve worked with individuals in the moderate to severe population, gaining extensive experience in areas such as trauma/PTSD, anger management, involvement with the legal system, personality disorders, crisis intervention, depression, anxiety, and self-esteem issues. I strive to create a collaborative, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. My therapeutic style is grounded in client-centered, choice theory, and humanistic approaches, with a strong emphasis on viewing the mind and body as an integrated whole. I take an eclectic approach to therapy, drawing from a variety of theoretical orientations to tailor the therapeutic experience to each individual. No two clients are the same, and I believe in honoring your unique needs, goals, and strengths throughout the healing process. This isn’t just my profession; it’s my passion. I'm here to help you heal, grow, and move forward with confidence.

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, you can expect a supportive, confidential space where we’ll explore your goals, strengths, and what brings you to therapy. Together, we’ll create a personalized treatment plan designed to support your growth and help you move forward in a way that feels meaningful and manageable for you. Therapy is a collaborative journey—we’re in this together. We’ll work side by side to clarify what matters most to you, and I’ll be there every step of the way to support your insight, growth, and healing. Your goals may shift as you grow, and that’s completely normal. We’ll revisit and adjust your plan as needed to ensure it continues to reflect your evolving needs.
