Hello my name is Aisha Cunningham, I am a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a specialization in trauma, depression, anxiety, and stress. I create a special and nurturing environment for clients. With 10 years of experience in the field, I have developed a deep understanding of the complex nature of these mental health challenges and I am committed to helping individuals overcome their struggles and find healing. As a trauma informed care therapist, I recognize the profound impact that traumatic experiences can have on an individual's overall well-being. Through holistic therapeutic techniques or evidence-based practices, I provide a non-judgmental, special and nurturing space for clients to explore their trauma, process their emotions, and develop effective coping strategies. I also work with women of color that may need a space to process their day-to-day life, work stress, personal life without feeling stressed, judged and overwhelmed. Hi there, I'm Alicia. Are you feeling lost or stuck in some aspect of your life and finding it hard to move forward? Is it hard to be kind to yourself? With your permission, I help to hold the container for deeper exploration and healing. I am a trauma-based therapist trained in EMDR, Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). I believe that each of us possesses an internal source of wisdom that can be cultivated through psychotherapy, psychedelic medicines, meditation practices, yoga and other connecting practices that link the brain, body and spirit. My therapeutic approach has a foundation of mindfulness and compassion, curiosity and respect. I often use EMDR as an evidence-based approach to working with trauma and other challenges. I am sensitive to the impact of one's social, physical and cultural environment as well as systems of oppression. Clients say my approach is warm, relational, collaborative, strengths-based and trauma-informed. I cannot do the work for you, but I can help you along the way, and it is truly an honor and a joy for me.

Hello and welcome! My name is Monique, and I am a clinical therapist. I am looking forward to meeting people where they are and becoming a small, but meaningful part of their journeys. I’ve been doing this work for a while now and I know the importance of research to finding an appropriate fit. My goal is to be of service and to help people that are looking to grow and heal. I have extensive training and experience in evidence-based modalities such as CBT and trauma-informed care. I have worked with several populations, including but not limited to; veterans, college students, people who struggle with addiction, couples, families, people struggling with marginalized identities as well as those looking to improve their quality of life, by way of personal growth, or trauma resolution. The approach that I employ is from a humanistic perspective. I understand the importance of respect and safety to the explorative process of being in therapy. CBT is utilized as a proven and effective way to treat a myriad of disorders, or simply to grow in perspective as an individual or as a member of a family unit/romantic partnership. I wish you only the best on your journey to wellness, even if our paths do not cross, best of luck. If you are interested in the services that I provide, please do not hesitate to reach out and start the process. I hope to hear from you soon.

I believe the theraputic process is organic and our sessions will unfold overtime, focusing on getting you to a place where you can think clearly, understand yourself better and feel solid. I am an out of the box thinker and doer with full acceptance for all lifes wonders. If you need a jump start, help figuring out what makes you tick, what makes you happy, what your authentic self needs to thrive, I'd love to work with you. Life throws curve balls that can be annoying, frustrating, shocking at times. I get it because I've been there. It's ok and healthy to ask for help. My specialties include insight oriented talk therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused and strategic therapy. My history is working with adults who have depression and anxiety, relationship distress, anger management issues, trauma histories, existential crisis and have co-occurring disorders which require medication treatment. I work with couples who seek help communicating and bringing the love back into their relationship. I provide psycho-education and real life solutions to problems that seem unsolvable at face value, but with that one tweak, you find out they were solvable all along. I fully believe in the connection between body and mind and weave differing modalities into therapy in order to address each component of healing and wellness. Often we don't realize that just one simple tweak can launch you into the lifetime you want. Are you struggling with personal challenges affecting your relationships, work, social life and, most importantly, yourself. Do you miss that hope, that loving feeling for your partner or your kids? Complex, yet common, issues around love, family, purpose in life, and doing what truly makes you happy, have become overwhelming and you’re ready to do something different. Are you feeling underwhelmed? You may have recently undergone a loss, job change, life change, a psychiatric or medical emergency, and are feeling completely stuck. I believe your truth is in you, and my role of therapist is to provide emotional support, insight, and to help you navigate through past and present so you can have the future you deserve.

I’m Steven Frank. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT), licensed in California and living in Seattle, Washington. The way the law works is that if I have a California license, I can live outside of California, but can only work with California residents. For that reason, all my work is performed online through telehealth. I see adults and senior adults in my practice and my work is with individuals. I’ve been licensed since 1983 but actually began to “grow” a private practice beginning in 1990. While most of my experience has been with clients dealing with depression and anxiety, over the last 4-5 years I’ve been more focused on the treatment for symptoms of trauma and abuse. I’ve been trained in EMDR (a specific treatment for trauma), and will use that method as needed, when appropriate, and with your understanding of the process, and consent. By the way, my first job experience (before beginning my schooling for the MFT license), was in the California State Hospital system as a psychiatric technician. I was a member of a hospital inpatient treatment team that treated people with severe mental disorders. This was excellent training for working with clients who are seeking help, but on an outpatient basis.

“It is better to travel well than to arrive.” – Buddha My name is Heidi Dryer and I obtained my license as a Marriage and Family Therapist in 2015 but I have been practicing since 2012. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. I have extensive experience working with individuals from all walks of life. The most important aspect of therapy is the therapeutic relationship. I understand the importance of having an empathic ear, especially now that we find ourselves with the illusion of being “connected” with one another only to feel more disconnected than ever. We are not born good listeners. Listening is an acquired skill. It is difficult to find someone, even in the professional world of therapy, who really listens and genuinely tries to understand the other person’s world. That is why I try my best to be present with every single person that I meet in the therapy room. I believe in holistically providing treatment so I work under the premise that all individuals have the innate ability to solve their problems although sometimes a guiding hand is necessary to lead one in the right path to have a healthy and happy life. At some point in my life, I worked as Flight Attendant so I often use the metaphor to describe my philosophy that all human beings are travelers in this journey called life. I believe that sometimes, as travelers, we often either don’t pack enough or carry too much luggage. Symbolically, this luggage has been accumulating little by little throughout our lives from the moment we are born. We carry good things in our luggage. But, sometimes, there are too many unnecessary things that are just weighing us down. If we don’t make an effort to make a thorough inventory of all those items our journey will be unpleasant. We know this is happening when we feel stuck in life. We feel unhappy, anxious depressed, hopeless and helpless. Sometimes it's difficult to get out of that loop so this is when therapy can be very helpful.

Are you looking for nonjudgmental listening, do you struggle with anxiety and worry over daily living, do you need support in a phase of life struggle? Through an initial assessment we will work together on developing your goals to support growth to better living. You will receive compassionate listening that provides a nonjudgmental space to work through challenges that you may be going through. I specialize in children, youth, and families dealing with depression, anxiety, ADHD, and mood disorders. I have been providing therapeutic services to youth and families since 2009 when I started working in the school system providing therapy to students through their IEP. Currently, I have been in private practice since 2018 providing therapy to adults and youth utilizing Solution Focused, CBT, and DBT therapy styles in my practice supporting patients with mood disorders, depression, anxiety and life transitions. In my teletherapy practice, I have moved away from working with patients under 12 as I find that in-person therapy is more effective for younger children. I received my Master's Degree from California State Long Beach and earned my licensure hours through the Los Angeles Unified School District. My hope for patients is for them to be able to learn skills that will help them move forward from current challenges on their own.

Hi there, I’m Manny. Are you currently searching for a sense of meaning and purpose in your life? Do you find yourself in an existential/spiritual emergency? Are you exploring your personal identity, expression, or sexuality? I help people of all ages increase self-awareness and decrease symptomology by bringing unconscious material into conscious awareness. Trauma combined with an emotional core (experiences of intense fear/guilt/shame) commonly splinters parts of our personality and represses such into the shadow/unconscious realms of our psyche. In response, many of us have adapted and survived by putting on masks in hopes of fitting in and being accepted by the people around us. Mental health concerns eventually arise because deep in our mind/body/soul we yearn for authenticity/individuation. Clients may also experience suicide ideation and/or self-harm because there are parts of themselves that no longer serve them. Together we can explore which aspects of ourselves to let go, in order to make space for something new to enter. I am a Doctoral Candidate from Pacifica Graduate Institute, my studies focused on Depth Psychology with a specialization in Integrative Therapy and Healing Practices. As a Holistic practitioner, I believe that each individual already possesses what is needed for their healing and it is my duty, as a guiding witness, to help the client navigate, process, and integrate such.
