Honesty, integrity, insight, awareness, knowledge, relief and resolutions are what you'll get with me. I believe the theraputic process is organic and our sessions will unfold overtime, focusing on getting you to a place where you can think clearly, understand yourself better and feel solid. I am an out of the box thinker and doer with full acceptance for all lifes wonders. Differences are appealing and I welcome them with open arms, encouraging you to be your absolute self %100 of the time. Life throws curve balls that can be annoying, frustrating, shocking at times. I get it because I've been there. It's ok and healthy to ask for help. I fully believe in the connection between body and mind and weave differing modalities into therapy in order to address each component of healing and wellness. Often we don't realize that just one simple tweak can launch you into the lifetime you want. I believe your truth is in you, and my role of therapist is to provide emotional support, insight, and to help you navigate through past and present so you can have the future you deserve.

I've been told that I bring something refreshing to therapy. My presentation is direct, yet empathetic and nurturing at the same time. I've been called the "Hippie Therapist." which I don't quite understand, though perhaps it is because people feel safe with me which is a strength in any capacity. As you work with me, I believe you will begin to see yourself as extremely valuable and relevant to others and most importantly, to yourself. I encourage you to own the freedom to change your mind and direction without any shame or guilt, ask questions, take risks and live your life with no regrets. My history is working with adults who have depression and anxiety, relationship distress, anger management issues, trauma histories, existential crisis and have co-occurring disorders which require medication treatment. Are you struggling with personal challenges affecting your relationships, work, social life and, most importantly, yourself. Do you miss that hope, that loving feeling for your partner or your kids? Complex, yet common, issues around love, family, purpose in life, and doing what truly makes you happy, have become overwhelming and you’re ready to do something different. I work with couples who seek help communicating and bringing the love back into their relationship.
