The atmosphere that is created in the therapy session is one of warmth, safety, and acceptance. I have a straightforward, interactive approach to treatment. My name is Nana-Stella Eugene, and I am a licensed clinical social worker and also have a doctorate degree in clinical psychology. I was born and raised on the beautiful island of Haiti. I am ready to work with you to identify coping strategies and teach you the skills necessary to achieve your goal of living your best life. Change begins with hope, hope for a better outcome and a glimmer of possibility that something good will come to those who believe and take action.
In life, we all go through moments when we need support, clarity, and a safe place to explore what’s getting in the way. My goal is to offer a flexible, creative, and non-judgmental space where you can heal and understand yourself more deeply. I work with older teens, young adults, and individuals navigating big transitions—identity exploration, relationships, school, work, and the pressure of stepping into adulthood. I also support LGBTQIA2S+ clients and provide gender-affirming letters.
My approach is collaborative and grounded in evidence-based practices such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Seeking Safety, and the Gottman Method for couples. I value meeting you where you are and using creativity, mindfulness, and curiosity to support your growth.
Hello, I’m Cesar.
Do you feel overwhelmed with life’s challenges and feel you are being pulled in a million directions? Are you looking to restore balance to your life and mind? Has your self-esteem taken a hit due to the constant changes and expectations of society? Are you looking to improve or change the trajectory of your life?
I work with adults who experience mental health concerns that range from anxiety, depression, impulse control, inattentiveness, trauma, behavioral concerns, relationship challenges and difficulties with establishing healthy boundaries. Together, we can restore your psychological and emotional health along with devising a plan to help achieve your goals. We will explore underlying concerns that are driving destructive behaviors and develop effective ways to improve overall functioning in all environments.
My approach is flexible, client centered, and utilizes mindfulness-based interventions at every point of the journey towards healing. My therapeutic approach is tailored to each specific client. Tenets of CBT, DBT, & solution focused approaches are always incorporated. The depth oriented approaches, such as psychoanalysis, are also integrated to facilitate transformative therapeutic engagements. We will initially work on building safety and trust, which is the base of any successful therapy.
As a Doctor of Social Work and a dual-certified clinician in both DBT (Linehan Board) and CBT (Beck Institute), I am dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate life’s most complex emotional and spiritual challenges. My practice is built on the belief that meaningful change happens when we combine clinical excellence with a clear, values-driven vision for the future.
I specialize in supporting parents of children and adolescents who struggle with Emotional Dysregulation and problematic behaviors. I understand the exhaustion and isolation that can come with high-conflict household dynamics. To address this, I developed Family Systems Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (FS-DBT)—a model specifically designed to treat the family as a connected ecosystem, fostering collective growth rather than just individual symptom management.
Beyond family dynamics, I provide a safe, structured space for those experiencing faith crises or existential transitions. Whether you are deconstructing long-held beliefs or grappling with a loss of meaning, I help you navigate these "dark nights of the soul" by integrating clinical tools with a deep respect for your personal journey. My goal is to help you rebuild a life that feels authentic and anchored in your core truth.
Whether I am working with a couple seeking to repair their bond or a parent striving to de-escalate crisis behaviors, my approach is rooted in "beginning with the end in mind." We will collaborate on a comprehensive, practical plan designed to point you and your family toward your specific goals. I offer specialized individual psychotherapy and real-time phone coaching to ensure skills are applied in the moments they matter most. I am deeply passionate about this work, and I would love the opportunity to support your journey.
If you’ve been feeling disconnected, anxious, or weighed down by the past, you don’t have to go through it alone. I’m Sujin Ma, PhD, LPCC, BC-DMT, a licensed therapist and board-certified dance/movement therapist. I help people feel more connected, understood, and at ease within themselves. My approach is gentle and collaborative, blending conversation, mindfulness, and creative expression. As an immigrant and bilingual therapist who has lived in several countries, I strive to create a space where all parts of you feel seen, supported, and accepted.

Over human history, people have mostly lived in close-knit communities. This has eroded with the advances in transportation and technology. Most people have lost much of the social support our forebearers enjoyed. Mental Health Professionals have taken on this role in their respective communities and are an excellent resource for you to realize your strengths and improve your well-being. When your car breaks down you take it to a mechanic. When your tooth hurts you see a dentist. When your mental health can use a “tune-up,” see a Mental Health Professional!

From my journey, I can personally attest to the power of support, in its many forms. This support goes beyond clients I service but also to their families and communities. I believe that mental wellness isn’t just individualistic; but includes the ecosystem surrounding the person. My praxis acknowledges and aims to support the village needed by all.
I’m also passionate about the transformative impact of safe and brave spaces for those who often experience exclusion. My career has afforded me opportunities to build trust with LGBTQ+, Black, Indigenous, Latina/o/x, and Refugee communities across the nation. Starting therapy can feel empowering, confusing, or even intimidating—and it’s worth taking a moment to recognize the courage it takes to take this first step toward caring for your mental health. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment where you can explore challenges related to anxiety, depression, self-care, and more. My goal is to help you strengthen communication and boundaries with yourself and others so that you can improve your quality of life and move toward the future you envision. Therapy is not just about overcoming obstacles—it’s also about personal growth. Together, we’ll clarify your goals and identify strategies to help you move toward them, whether that means change over the next month, six months, or a year. You’ll leave our sessions with practical insights and “next steps” you can put into action right away. I believe life’s purpose isn’t simply to be happy, but to find meaning—and within that meaning, joy emerges. While the journey isn’t always easy, it can be transformative. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Addictions Professional, Internationally Certified Drug Counselor, and Behavior Analyst. I take a strength-based approach, helping you use your unique abilities to address challenges. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to empower you in creating lasting change. Most importantly, I bring a relaxed, compassionate, and trustworthy presence, fostering a therapeutic relationship where you feel safe and supported.
I'm a Bilingual Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, with 19 years of clinical experience, 15 years licensed within private practice.
I consider myself to be bicultural. Having been raised as a first-generation American in a Latin family, I can identify with the mentality of someone living within two "worlds". Transitioning from one culture to another with seemingly different values, beliefs and language. I can easily understand the struggle that maintaining, and existing in both, can sometimes be. I've come to perceive and appreciate it as the gift of having a "bridge" that allows connection to, and understanding of, different aspects of people and life.
My education has a foundation in Clinical Psychology, woven with holistic transpersonal themes, the connection between mind, body, and spirit, and just plain down-to-earth common sense. Always keeping in mind the client's personal beliefs and values.

I bring that same sense of safety, security and stability to my Therapy Practice where using a variety of CBT and TFCBT different modalities I now help adult clients identify areas of self-improvement so that they can make positive behavioral changes in their lives to experience more positive pleasurable emotions such as excitement, happiness and a healthy self-concept.
