Hola! My name is Rosa Hernandez, I am a bilingual, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW#122256). I believe that therapy is a collaborative process and guides clients to increase self-awareness, gain new perspectives, decrease negative symptoms, and increase personal strengths to have a more meaningful life experience. My approach to therapy varies on your needs. I draw from a variety of methods and collaboratively work with you. I believe a collaborative approach to making changes to self-defeating behavior and coping with feelings of sadness, fear, anxiety, and pain can bring life-altering results. My goal is to collaborate with you on your continued journey of understanding and growth.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

The first session is about building an initial connection. Each individual is different, I like to listen first, have the clients express how they have been feeling recently and what they want to accomplish.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I have always enjoyed helping others, whether it was volunteering in my community, or being a trusted friend. I enjoy seeing individuals become the best version of themselves.
