If you are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck in familiar patterns, or struggling with emotions, self-esteem, or relationships you don’t have to navigate it alone. I offer a warm, supportive space where you can feel heard, deepen self-understanding, and create meaningful change. My approach is trauma-informed, somatic and collaborative, integrating EMDR and practical strategies to support healing, communication, parenting, and life transitions such as immigration, separation, and divorce. I provide a neurodivergence-affirming and LGBTQIA+ affirming space where your experiences are welcomed with support and respect. Together, we'll help you feel more grounded, connected, and confident in yourself and your relationships.
We start with getting a clear understanding of the concerns that bring you in, your expectations, and how I can be helpful.
I'm open minded, understanding, holistic and will support your healing and growth no mater what the obstacles are.
If you are overwhelmed, frustrated, feeling stuck and yet ready to take a step to grow and heal I’d love to help improve your emotional and relational functioning. Depending on your needs I use a combination of talk therapy with EMDR along with somatic, psychodynamic, relational (RLT) and cognitive therapy (CBT) approaches. I find it that most of my clients are young adults, adults dealing with life or relational issue, traumatic responses, anxiety, relationship difficulties, self worth and being accepted.
Other specialties
I identify as
EMDR
EMDR helps process and heal difficult memories by using guided eye movements or other bilateral stimulation. In practice, EMDR can be used to reduce the emotional impact of past experiences that control/effect the present.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
CBT approach is used to help identify and change negative thought patterns that affect their emotions and behaviors; to develop healthier thinking habits and coping strategies to improve daily lives.
Psychodynamic
I use the psychodynamic approach to help clients explore how past experiences and unconscious thoughts, influence their current feelings and behaviors. In practice, I guide clients to gain insight into patterns and emotions, which supports deeper self-understanding and lasting change.
Somatic
I integrate somatic therapy by helping clients tune into bodily sensations, movement, and nervous system responses to gently process emotions and trauma, not just talk about them. My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and paced to build safety and self-regulation, using the body as a resource for insight and healing.
Person-centered (Rogerian)
I prioritize creating a safe, empathetic, and a non-judgmental space for clients feel fully accepted and understood. I focus on active listening and unconditional positive regard, allowing clients to explore their thoughts and feelings of their own pace. In practice, I use this approach to empower individuals to access the inner resources and move towards person growth and self-actualization.
