I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as a treatment modality because I have found it to be extremely effective in helping clients manage thought patterns and behaviors. I find that it can break habits that are negative and assist client's with understanding how their thinking affects their mood and learn to think more positive about themselves and their lives.

I believe mental health and spiritual well-being are connected. I believe Christian counseling can help clients explore their relationship with God, and use their relationship with God, and use prayer and biblical teachings to find strength in their faith.
