In our first session together, I will share with you how my practice operates so you have an understanding of my work ethic. I will obtain your background information and gain insight and understanding about who you are as a person. And we will establish goals for the therapy process that achieve your desired results.

What makes me unique as a counselor is the depth of compassion and genuine care I bring into every session. I show up with a sincere desire to see each client heal, grow, and thrive. My work is guided by a caring heart, a steady presence, and a commitment to offering the very best support to every person I serve. Clients feel seen, valued, and believed in-and that sense of safety and encouragement becomes a powerful part of their healing and recovery.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. In session, we work together to identify unhelpful patterns, challenge limiting beliefs, and practice practical skills that support healthier coping and meaningful change. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in helping clients build insight while developing tools they can use in everyday life.

Couples Counseling

I help couples heal their relationship by finding and treating the root of their problems. Navigating the barriers to good communication and by providing tools to communicate through difficulties.
