For over 20 years, I have worked with individuals and families facing unexpected life challenges that disrupted their sense of peace, security, and connection. I specialize in helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, life transitions, and relationship concerns. Many of my clients are seeking clarity about important decisions, healing from difficult experiences, improving communication, strengthening relationships, or becoming the healthiest version of themselves. Clients are the experts in their own lives. My approach integrates cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, strengths-based, and mindfulness-informed techniques to promote emotional healing, personal growth, and resilience. My role is to provide a supportive, collaborative environment where clients can gain insight, build on their strengths, and develop practical tools to overcome challenges. I meet clients where they are, offering compassion, encouragement, and accountability while helping them identify patterns that may be keeping them stuck. Through therapy, they have gained greater clarity, resilience, emotional regulation, and confidence, allowing them to create meaningful and lasting change. I strive to create a therapeutic space that is warm, welcoming, and empowering; an environment where clients feel safe to be authentic, vulnerable, and free from judgment. My goal is for clients to leave therapy feeling heard, valued, and better equipped to navigate life's challenges with confidence.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

During our first session, you will have the opportunity to share your story, discuss the challenges that brought you to therapy, and explore what you hope to achieve through the therapeutic process. Together, we will identify goals that are meaningful, realistic, and measurable, creating a roadmap for our work together. We will also discuss potential treatment approaches and determine which interventions best align with your needs, preferences, and readiness for change. My goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where you feel comfortable being honest, open, and authentic. I strive to foster a space that is warm, compassionate, welcoming, and empowering—one where you feel heard, respected, and encouraged as we begin your journey toward growth and healing.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Clients are the experts in their own lives. I view therapy as a collaborative process in which I help clients build on their strengths, gain insight, and develop the tools needed to create meaningful change. I believe in meeting clients where they are and creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space for growth and self-discovery. With compassion and care, I share observations that help clients gain insight into their experiences, patterns, and strengths. I strive to honor each client's values, beliefs, and unique perspective by using language and approaches that resonate with them. Together, we establish meaningful goals, and I provide both encouragement and accountability as clients work toward lasting change. I celebrate their successes, help them recognize their progress, and support them in finding new pathways forward when they feel stuck or uncertain.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I enjoy working with individuals who are navigating periods of transition, self-discovery, and personal growth. Many of my clients are trying to determine their next steps in life while evaluating relationships, career paths, and personal goals that no longer feel fulfilling or aligned with who they want to become. I also work with individuals who are struggling with difficult decisions about maintaining relationships with people who have caused them pain, setting healthier boundaries, or moving forward after relational challenges. Additionally, I support clients whose relationships have been impacted by feeling stuck in unhealthy patterns or by personal characteristics they would like to improve. Together, we focus on increasing self-awareness, building healthier coping and communication skills, and creating meaningful change that strengthens both their sense of self and the relationships they value most.
