There's More to Your Story! Life brings complex challenges, but you don't have to navigate them alone. I collaborate closely with individual adults and couples to help you build or reinforce healthy, effective, and sustainable ways to handle stress and achieve healthy balance. With over four decades of experience, I offer a compassionate, practical, and holistic space for healing. I’ve been guiding individuals through spiritual growth and addiction recovery since 1981, and have served as a state-licensed mental health therapist since 2010.

First session

In our first session, your main task is simply to arrive as you are. Guided by the belief that the first duty of love is to listen, our initial time together is dedicated to hearing your story, understanding your unique challenges, and identifying your natural strengths. We will work at your pace to clarify your goals and lay a compassionate, practical foundation for lasting healing and balance.

Strengths

Guided by Paul Tillich’s insight that "The first duty of love is to listen," my practice starts with deeply hearing your story. Together, we’ll clarify your needs and navigate your challenges at your own pace, using your innate strengths to foster real, positive change.

Ideal clients

My ideal clients are adult individuals and couples navigating life’s complex challenges—whether managing stress, strengthening relationships, deepening spiritual growth, or working through addiction recovery. They are seeking a compassionate, highly experienced therapist who offers a safe, welcoming space where their full story is genuinely heard. Valuing a holistic and collaborative approach, they appreciate moving at their own pace while leveraging their innate strengths to achieve lasting balance. I proudly welcome people of all backgrounds, genders, races, and sexual orientations who are ready and receptive to meaningful change.
