New to Grow
As a clinical mental health therapist and high-performance coach, I am passionate about helping men navigate the complexities of life. Specializing in identity, anxiety, depression, career challenges, resilience, perfectionism, communication, and conflict, I offer a tailored approach that fits the unique needs of each client. My mission is to help high-performing individuals like you not just survive, but thrive, both personally and professionally.
At the first session we will dive in to where you are at, how you got there and where you want to go. This takes time and we need to get to know one another to determine whether or not we are a good team for each other. This is critical to working together. If I am not the right therapist for you I will be here to help you find some one that is.
Creating a safe, non-judgmental environment is a cornerstone of my practice. Whether you are dealing with stress from your business, personal life, or relationships, I provide a space where you can express yourself freely. Together, we’ll focus on building the resilience needed to overcome obstacles and achieve long-term success. As a former Division I wrestler and an entrepreneur who has started, bought, and sold multiple businesses, I bring unique insights into balancing the demands of high-performance life. I understand the pressures of leading, building, and sustaining success, and I help my clients align their personal and professional lives for sustainable growth.
I firmly believe that there’s no one-size-fits-all method when it comes to mental health or personal growth. I take the time to understand your specific goals and challenges, delivering a personalized strategy that empowers you to perform at your best while avoiding burnout. By identifying the root causes of your issues, we create clear, actionable steps to move forward.
In my work, I use a solution-focused dysfunction-informed approach to working with clients. Meaning we work on the dysfunction and trauma towards a solution action movement. Dysfunction must be worked through from a CBT, DBT, EFT, or other method and then the solution focused approach can be used. This is a path of dysfunction to equilibrium to acceleration.
