I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) who is trauma-informed and deeply passionate about the healing that can take place within the therapeutic relationship. I believe therapy can be truly life-changing, and it continues to amaze me what can unfold in the course of a single hour when someone feels safe, seen, and supported. At the heart of my work is the belief that life is about connection—that relationships are what give our lives meaning and are often the reason we get up each day, whether those connections are with partners, family, friends, or ourselves. My goal is to help clients strengthen these relationships, heal from past wounds, and experience greater emotional safety, understanding, and fulfillment.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In your first session with me, you can expect a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where your story and experiences truly matter. We will take time to get to know what has brought you to therapy, what you’re hoping for, and what feels most important for you right now. I will listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions, and help you begin to understand the emotional patterns and relational dynamics that may be contributing to your current struggles.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strengths as a therapist include active listening, deep empathy and understanding, and a genuine curiosity about each client’s inner world. I strive to create a safe, attuned space where clients can slow down, let their guard down, and access their most vulnerable and authentic emotions, allowing meaningful insight and healing to unfold.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal client would be a woman or man who is seeking clarity around their purpose, self-worth, and who may be navigating anxiety, relationship , or life transitions. I also enjoy working with couples who are feeling stuck or disconnected and are struggling with communication, parenting stress, or intimacy. Whether working with individuals or couples, I am drawn to helping people strengthen their sense of self, deepen emotional connection, and build healthier, more fulfilling relationships.

My treatment methods

Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)

I use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) with both individuals and couples to help uncover and heal the deeper emotional patterns that shape how we relate to ourselves and to others. EFT is a research-based approach that focuses on understanding core emotions, attachment needs, and the ways we seek connection, safety, and closeness in relationships.

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

With individuals, IFS helps you gently explore the inner parts that may carry fear, self-criticism, perfectionism, people-pleasing, or emotional pain. Together, we work to build a stronger connection to your core Self—the calm, grounded, compassionate part of you that has the capacity to lead with clarity and confidence. As protective parts begin to feel understood and burdens from past experiences are healed, many clients experience greater emotional balance, self-compassion, and a stronger sense of identity and purpose.

Attachment-based

I use an attachment-based approach with both individuals and couples to help understand how early relationships and life experiences shape the way we connect, trust, and feel safe with others. Attachment therapy focuses on the deep emotional needs for security, closeness, and acceptance, and how unmet needs or past wounds can show up later as anxiety, depression, relationship conflict, fear of abandonment, or difficulty with vulnerability.
