Hi, I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Texas. I have over 15 years experience working with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, relationship issues, parenting problems, anger issues, and life-changing events. I have also helped many people who have experienced low self-esteem issues, abuse, and trauma. My counseling style is non-judgmental, warm, and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My focus in counseling is to meet you where you are with acceptance and non-judgment, and to use an approach that will work best for you as we work toward meeting your therapy goals. Together, we can get you to where you want to be so you can become the best version of yourself. I look forward to working with you.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, I will learn about you, your family history, then get into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I like to hear real life situations and struggles in order to provide practical solutions and skills to use. I have counseled many individuals, couples, and families in a variety of settings that have learned get through hard times and be the best they can be.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I love working with clients that are motivated and ready to make a change in their life for the better. Life is hard and at times may be scary and lonely. It may seem impossible to deal with life's stressors and overwhelming feelings. It's okay not to be okay and need help navigating through life. Your mental health is very important and vital for having a fulfilling life. It takes courage to take this step for a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the next steps towards a change. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you through your journey. You can do it. My motto is “Believe It, Speak It, Achieve It!”
