I am a licensed professional counselor with over ten years of experience. I believe everyone has the ability to live a happy, healthy and fulfilling life. My job is to help you uncover the tools and skills to assist you in living your best and most fulfilling life. I want you to not just survive through life’s challenges but thrive through them.
In our first session, we will start with brief introductions and then discuss goals for therapy as well as expectations for our therapeutic relationship.
My greatest strengths as a provider include strong listening skills, empathy, a non-judgmental attitude, patience and the ability to create a safe space.
My passion lies in helping women, specifically young women and mothers, struggling with life transitions, anxiety, postpartum anxiety, OCD, self-worth and self-esteem struggles. As a woman and mother myself, I know how hard different stages of life can be, especially without support, so I would love to offer my support to you to help you thrive.
