My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use cognitive behavior therapy for Identifying Automatic Thoughts: Learning how to help clients recognize and challenge automatic negative thoughts that lead to emotional distress. Cognitive Restructuring: Training on how to guide clients through reframing negative thoughts into more balanced and realistic perspectives. Behavioral Activation: Helping clients engage in activities that reduce depression or anxiety by increasing positive reinforcement through behavior changes. Exposure Therapy: Particularly for anxiety, this technique involves gradually exposing clients to feared stimuli in a controlled way to reduce fear over time. Problem-Solving Skills: CBT emphasizes teaching clients how to approach challenges in a structured way to foster more adaptive responses.
