In the first session, I will get to know you as a person and what you want to achieve while in counseling. You will also have the opportunity to ask me about my experiences and education to assure that we are the best fit to help you overcome your challenges and identify your strengths.

As a counselor, I have significant experience with clients who have experience in the foster care, with unprocessed trauma, anxiety and depression that is negatively impacting their day to day, and clients that struggle with addictions that they want to overcome.
I cater each treatment plan to the client based on your challenges and strengths, however I have significant experience working with clients with anxiety, depression, and addiction where CBT has been most effective.
