It is my goal to provide a space where you feel safe, open and respected and you can gain a better understanding about things you are struggling with in life. Whether that be life transitions, relationships, grief, loss, work stressors etc., that may be causing you to feel anxious, depressed, or alone. At each stage in life comes challenges, I aim to help you navigate these with a gentle, personalized and strength-based approach. I have a master’s degree in Social Work from Michigan State University and have been practicing since 2016. I specialize in grief support and education, life transitions, relationship issues, anxiety, and self-esteem and work with individuals 13+. I look forward to learning more about you and working together to help you achieve a better balance in life.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

The first session helps us make sure we are a good fit for each other. It is important to me to make sure you feel comfortable. We will also go over treatment expectations and explore the current challenges you are looking for support with.

I've worked with a wide variety of individuals. However, my main areas of expertise include grief support/education, life transitions, anxiety, self-esteem, and relationship challenges. I enjoy helping individuals 13+ to navigate through lives challenges and exploring coping skills that work for them in a strengths based approach.

Grief Therapy

I have been working in grief support and education focused area for the last 5+ years. Following a companioning model and education on the tasks of grief. I aim to create a space where you can process your experience, changes and impacts of loss on your life to help you navigate life moving forward.

Group Therapy

I have worked and facilitated support groups for the last 5+ years to help individuals connect, normalize and feel less alone in their life experiences.

Strength-Based

Looking at each network in an individuals life to identify strengths on a personal/professional/community level and how they can impact your experiences. I aim to help you process your self-esteem, self-confidence and interpersonal relationships by providing a space you feel heard, validated and respected.
