I'm glad you're here. I help you teach your body to manage stress, chronic pain, and functional neurological disorders (FND). My approach is practical, supportive, and tailored to your unique needs. Together, we’ll focus on calming your nervous system and building skills that help you feel more in control. With my specialized skills, many clients notice positive changes within just a few days. You’re not alone—I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
We will talk briefly about a treatment plan on the first appointment. This plan focuses on calming your nervous system. I’ll teach you how to help your body reduce pain and improve symptoms of functional neurological disorder. We typically meet 5 times a week for about an hour each session. Frequent sessions bring the best results because your body responds more effectively with regular practice and proper guidance from a clinician.
I discharge my patients from therapy after they have learned the skills and/or after they have found relief from symptoms. Most patients are discharged after 1-3 months because their symptoms subside. Depending on the condition, I sometimes see patients longer as necessary.
I can help you if you are experiencing symptoms from autonomic nervous system dysregulation (e.g., functional neurological disorders (including PNES), irritable bowel syndrome, tinnitus, hypertension, high blood pressure, postural orthostatic tachycardia (POTS), fibromyalgia, anxiety disorders, and PTSD (and C-PTSD) or conditions that affect the autonomic nervous system (e.g., chronic pain, pelvic floor disorder, tinnitus). My therapy sessions are hands on and I teach my patients breathwork and mindfulness strategies to find relief from symptoms. Because my sessions are hands on, my sessions are typically conducted daily (as much as possible).

My approach to ACT is practical and focused on tools you can use right away. I’ll teach you skills step by step, and we’ll practice them together so you feel confident. Then, you’ll try them out in your daily life. Many of my clients see positive changes after just one session. And don’t worry—I’m not here to make you relive every detail of your past. Instead, we’ll focus on where you are now and how to move forward.
