New to Grow
Since 2013, I’ve supported individuals and families facing challenges that impact their daily lives and relationships. I’ve worked with a wide range of clients, helping them navigate emotional, behavioral, and family-related concerns. My approach to therapy is practical and focused on helping you feel better. Using solution-focused strategies and CBT, we’ll build on your strengths, find realistic solutions, and work through unhelpful thoughts to create healthier patterns and improve family dynamics.
The first few sessions are structured around getting to know you and helping you adjust to a new relationship. From the beginning I'm helping to explore and uncover areas that contribute to uncomfortable feelings.
I help clients quickly identify patterns that are keeping them stuck and work toward shifting those patterns using structured, evidence-based approaches like CBT, solution-focused therapy, and Structural Family Therapy. Clients often find that therapy feels active, focused, and directly applicable to their everyday lives.
My counseling career began with a focus on Structural Family Therapy (SFT), where I assess family dynamics and interaction patterns that influence both healthy functioning and areas of conflict. I view SFT as a powerful approach for reshaping relationships and addressing underlying tensions, allowing us to bring unspoken issues into the open and work toward meaningful change. While family therapy supports individuals in developing healthier ways of relating to others, individual therapy provides space to focus on your unique experiences. In this setting, I help you build personalized coping strategies and navigate challenges that may be disrupting your overall well-being.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I provide a supportive space using a person-centered approach with CBT and solution focused strategies, I help you identify patterns, shift unhelpful thoughts, and build practical tools to create meaningful, lasting change.
