New to Grow
As individuals we carry our own load and we also carry things that don't belong to us. We go through life carrying personal trauma, grief, generational patterns and behaviors, cultural expectations, trauma from religion, marriage, pre and post pregnancy concerns, and parenting. I also have created an environment where first responders, health care, law enforcement. I work with children, adolescents and adults seeking support for anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, grief, and life transitions. For clients who desire it, I thoughtfully integrate Christian faith into the therapeutic process while providing evidence-based, compassionate care that honors each person's beliefs and values.
During our first session, we will get to know each other, discuss what brings you to therapy, and explore your goals for treatment. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and comfortable beginning your healing journey.
I help clients reach their goals by partnering with them to create realistic, meaningful treatment goals and providing evidence-based tools to support growth. Together, we build on strengths, develop healthy coping skills, process difficult experiences, and work toward lasting emotional well-being in a supportive, nonjudgmental environment.
I work with all life stages from ages 6 and up. I work with children, teens, individuals, couples, and families. I explore areas such as life carrying personal trauma, grief, generational patterns and behaviors, cultural expectations, trauma from religion, marriage, pre and post pregnancy concerns, puberty, child behaviors, anxiety, depression, life transitions, self doubt/self esteem, difficulty making decisions, and parenting
