New to Grow
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is an evidence-based therapy designed to help individuals process and resolve distressing memories and experiences. It uses bilateral stimulation, such as guided eye movements or alternating tapping, to support the brain’s natural healing process. EMDR helps reduce the emotional intensity of traumatic or overwhelming experiences while strengthening more adaptive beliefs about oneself. This structured approach is effective for trauma, anxiety, depression, and other stress-related concerns, allowing clients to experience relief without needing to repeatedly relive the event in detail.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
This is a space for healing, clarity, and growth. We work together to break patterns, strengthen boundaries and self trust, and create emotional peace. You do not need the perfect words to begin. Send a message and we will take it from there.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Certified Hypnotherapist & Reiki Practitioner (offered as separate/add-on private-pay services to support healing and nervous system balance).
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
My approach is warm, direct, and intentional. I meet you where you are and I also support and challenge you when growth is ready to happen. Therapy with me is not just space to vent. We work intentionally to identify patterns, build emotional regulation, strengthen boundaries, and move toward self trust and confidence.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I help by creating a safe space to explore what feels heavy, understand patterns, and develop healthier ways of coping. We work on boundaries, emotional regulation, and breaking generational cycles so you can feel more grounded, confident, and connected in your life and relationships. You can work to reframe and challenge negative belief systems that hold you back.
