New to Grow
Hi! I’m Melissa Brunetti, Licensed Clinical Social Worker and founder of Inspire & Heal Counseling LLC. I am passionate about helping people feel understood, supported, and empowered. With years of experience as a therapist in special education schools and private practice, I bring patience, compassion, and a real belief in your ability to grow. At Inspire & Heal Counseling, I offer a supportive and safe space for children, adolescents, and adults to work through anxiety, build self-esteem, improve emotional regulation, and develop coping, social, and executive functioning skills to enhance overall well-being. I specialize in treating adolescents and young adults by helping them navigate through the critical years of cognitive, social and emotional growth. My therapy sessions provide a nonjudgmental, warm environment where you can explore challenges, discover strengths, and move toward your goals. Whether you’re facing anxiety, struggling with self-esteem, or seeking to develop better emotional regulation skills, I’m here to support you on your path to healing and personal grow
In our first session, my goal is to create a warm, welcoming space where you can feel comfortable showing up just as you are. We’ll take things at your pace and begin by talking about what led you to seek therapy and what you’re hoping to get out of our work together.
What stands out most about my therapeutic approach is the emphasis I place on creating a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel genuinely seen and supported. I integrate evidence-based practices and strengths-based work in a way that is tailored to each individual and their unique needs.
I am best positioned to work with adolescents, young adults, and adults who are looking for a supportive, safe, and collaborative space to better understand themselves and create meaningful change. Many of my clients come to therapy experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, low self-esteem, or challenges with relationships and boundaries. I'm passionate about providing nuerodivergent-affirming therapy that helps clients feel seen, supported, and empowered. Through a strengths-based and collaborative approach, I support clients in recognizing their inherent worth, building on existing resilience, and developing practical tools to manage self-doubt and self-criticism. Over time, clients often experience greater self-acceptance, improved emotional regulation, and increased trust in themselves and their decision-making.
Other specialties
I identify as
Strength-Based
I utilize a strengths-based approach, focusing on the unique qualities, resilience, and abilities you already bring. Together, we’ll build on what’s working, helping you feel more confident, capable, and supported as you move toward your goals.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to gently explore how thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected. In a supportive and collaborative space, we’ll work together to identify unhelpful patterns and develop healthier thinking patterns, improve emotional regulation, and create lasting, positive change.
Acceptance and commitment (ACT)
I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to support you in navigating difficult thoughts and feelings with greater openness and self-compassion. Instead of trying to push discomfort away, we’ll gently work on making space for your experiences while staying grounded in the present moment. Together, we’ll clarify what matters most to you and take small, meaningful steps toward living a life that feels aligned, purposeful, and true to who you are.
