I am a strength based therapist. You are the author of your story. I consider it an honor to help people on their journeys and reframe what keeps people from being their best selves. It isn't about surviving, it is about thriving. You are the author of your story, the expert, I work with you so that you can see you have many more choices than what you currently believe you have.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

The first session is to get to the root of what you expect and want from therapy. Sometimes the first session is to help you feel safe enough to be explore how your thoughts and emotions are affecting your behavior is both healthy and unhealthy ways. Clients can expect to take away something to practice between sessions. This can be a new awareness, new skill such as communication or coping, or activity to aid in continuing their healing journey.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

With experience providing therapy in several areas and with lived experience, I have a nonjudgmental, compassionate approach that is direct. Many of my clients have stated they feel comfortable and see results.
