My treatment methods

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

We will work together to learn new practical skills in four key areas. Rather than just talking about problems, we will focus on walking the middle path accepting yourself as you are while actively practicing new behaviors to create change. You’ll learn to navigate life ups and downs, more effectively, reducing urges and improving communication.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

CBT is a structured goal oriented approach where we work to identify challenge and replace negative thought patterns and behaviors with healthier more realistic alternatives. You will develop practical coping skills to manage emotions and stressful situations.

Person-centered (Rogerian)

Person who centered therapy is a supportive approach where you take the lead. It’s based on the idea that you know yourself best and with the right support you already have the strength to grow and heal.
