I have worked with a wide range of individuals in many capacities and often are paired with women who are searching for therapy with a history of anxiety, depression, addiction, generational healing, and a want to build their self-esteem and self-concept. I offer a space for any beliefs, spirituality, and inclusive to any and all that need support. My motto is that we are all human and need a village to support us through life’s challenges and be our champions in our accomplishments.
What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
Our first session will be an opportunity to get to know some of your history, important parts of you and any symptoms you might be experiencing. This time will also allow for me to explain how I work, expectations of any homework in sessions and for any questions you have.
Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.
My greatest strengths are by ability to listen, provide an empathetic space for you to be a human and experience your own change at your own pace. I have a strength for solution focused therapy that helps build self confidence and meeting goals based on what you want to work on.
