New to Grow
I am a clinical social worker who supports individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where the clients can gain insight and develop practical coping skills. My approach integrates CBT and psychodynamic therapy to help you build confidence, improve relationships, and create meaningful, lasting emotional change in your life.
Your first session is a relaxed, supportive space where we get to know each other, discuss what’s bringing you in, and explore your goals. I’ll ask a few questions to better understand your experiences, and together we’ll begin creating a plan that feels comfortable, practical, and aligned with your needs.
I integrate CBT and psychodynamic approaches to address both immediate symptoms and deeper, underlying patterns. My strength lies in helping clients gain insight into their experiences while also providing structured, practical strategies that support emotional regulation and long-term growth.
I am best positioned to support adults, adolescents, and couples navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I work well with individuals exploring identity, self-worth, and emotional patterns, including LGBTQ+ clients. My approach is a blend of CBT and psychodynamic therapy to help clients gain insight, build coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change in a supportive, nonjudgmental space.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you understand how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected. Together, we’ll identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck and develop practical tools to help you feel more balanced, confident, and in control.
Psychodynamic
I take a psychodynamic approach to help you explore how past experiences and relationships may be shaping your current thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. By increasing insight and self-awareness, we can work toward deeper, lasting change and a stronger sense of self.
