New to Grow
Are you feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or simply not like yourself lately? Maybe it feels like you’re just getting through each day instead of truly living it. If so, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to navigate it by yourself. I have a Master’s Degree in Counseling and am a Licensed Professional Counselor, working with both adolescents and adults. I understand that every person’s story is unique, which is why I tailor my approach to meet you exactly where you are—with no judgment, only support.
During our first session we will get to know each other more as individuals and start to build a trusted relationship. I believe therapy should feel like a safe, supportive space where you are truly seen, heard, and understood. With compassion, kindness, and genuine care, I work alongside you to explore what’s weighing on you and what healing could look like in your life. Together, we can build healthy coping tools, strengthen boundaries, and create a more balanced, positive way of thinking—at a pace that feels right for you.
What truly sets my approach apart is the level of empathy, kindness, and authenticity I bring into the room. I prioritize creating a safe, trusting environment where clients feel comfortable being themselves—no pressure, no judgment. I meet clients where they are and walk alongside them through both the hard and hopeful moments. My approach is flexible and personalized, because I believe real healing happens when people feel understood and supported. Clients often find that our work together not only helps them manage challenges like anxiety or stress, but also helps them feel more confident, grounded, and empowered in their daily lives.
I’m especially passionate about working with individuals who struggle with recognizing their self-worth and feel weighed down by negative self-talk. If your inner voice tends to be more critical than kind, you’re not alone—and this is an area where meaningful change is absolutely possible. I find it incredibly rewarding to help clients gently uncover the roots of those negative thought patterns and begin to challenge them with compassion and curiosity. Together, we work to shift that inner dialogue into something more balanced, supportive, and grounded in truth—helping you build a stronger sense of confidence and self-acceptance. Negative self-talk can show up in many ways, often alongside experiences like anxiety, depression, or life transitions. No matter what brings you in, my goal is to support you in developing a more positive, empowering relationship with yourself.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I create a safe, supportive environment grounded in compassion and trust, where you can feel comfortable being open and understood. Using a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach, we will gently explore your triggers and identify patterns of thinking that may be contributing to how you feel. Together, we’ll work to challenge those unhelpful thoughts and replace them with more balanced, realistic, and supportive ways of thinking. As these shifts take place, many clients begin to notice meaningful changes in their emotions, behaviors, and overall sense of well-being—helping them move toward a more fulfilling and empowered life.
Solution Focused Brief Treatment
At times our struggles feel very overwhelming. We can work together to identify our goals and break them down into smaller, more doable steps, so they do not feel so daunting.
