Hello, I appreciate that you are taking the time to read this. I am here to partner with you in your mental healthcare. As a nurse practitioner for over 20 years, I have provided care for persons living with chronic health conditions and more recently those with mental health conditions. I practice from a person/family-centered approach where your voice will be heard and you can be actively involved in shared decision-making. Shared decision means I will provide information about the risks and benefits of all treatment choices and you can discuss what you think is best for you and/or family. Together we can decide on the best plan of holistic care. Holistic care involves both medications (as appropriate) and other forms of non-pharmacology care (i.e., meditation, cognitive behavioral therapy). I will maintain your privacy (unless required by law) and involve only persons who you choose. I look forward to our journey together to help you live your best life!!

I was traveling to my family for a period of mourning and Debra helped me manage my medication in the state of Utah. Understanding and compassionate but also no nonsense, I felt better after I spoke to her. She helped me promptly and very kindly.
