I’m Chad Stiles, PhD, LMFT, and I provide trauma-informed therapy for individuals and couples who feel stuck in painful patterns and want a more grounded way forward. Many of the people I work with are carrying the impact of trauma, relationship conflict, emotional disconnection, anxiety, depression, betrayal, or life transitions that have started to affect how they see themselves and connect with others.
My approach is collaborative, practical, and compassionate. I draw from Solution-Focused Brief Therapy and IFS-informed parts work to help clients identify what is already working, understand the protective patterns that may be keeping them stuck, and build realistic steps toward change. I believe clients are the experts in their own lives, and therapy works best when we slow things down enough to notice strengths, patterns, emotions, and possibilities that may have been hard to see before.
In sessions, I aim to create a space where you can be honest without feeling judged, pressured, or blamed. Whether you are seeking support individually or as part of a relationship, my goal is to help you move toward more clarity, emotional safety, connection, and confidence in your next steps.
Welcome to Grow Therapy! My focus as a mental health therapist is to guide my client through the emotional ebb and flow of life. When one experiences turbulence in life, whether it be depression, anxiety, relationship issues and so much more, I aim to sit with my client. Extending my insight and clinical experience to guide them in their transition through the many challenges of life. Using evidence-based practices and intuition, I find that I have an innate ability to cultivate change and improved wellness.
My passion for Psychology and Counseling began in 2004 while attending Western Michigan University. I then went on to Graduate School at Oakland University in Rochester Hills, MI. There I graduated Magna Cum Laude, in 2012 with a MA in Counseling.
You don’t recognize the face staring back from the mirror.

Other experiences have been tougher – so distressing that reminders of these moments make you feel like you’re right there, experiencing that pain all over.
Sometimes, you’re anxious, depressed, and out of sorts for seemingly no reason.
These moments have collected over time and made an intricate tapestry that is your life.
Now you’re ready for change and to retake control of your life.
I will provide a safe and comforting space for you to explore your values, desires, and passions.

Hello, and welcome! My introduction to the counseling field began while working within therapeutic group homes that served children through adults experiencing mental health struggles. This experience, both enriching and meaningful, inspired my interest in pursuing counseling. I received my Master of Social Work degree from Portland State University and since, I’ve had the opportunity to assist a diverse range of clients in both inpatient treatment and outpatient therapy settings, and more recently, at a college counseling clinic at the University of Montana. Within these programs, I’ve helped clients address anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, academic challenges, relationships, identity changes, sexuality, and general life stressors.

Fulfilling our potential is a lifelong journey of becoming more at peace with ourselves, deepening the intimacy in our relationships, being more authentically human, and feeling more alive each day. Along the way, certain challenges arise to cause us distress or confusion. Such moments can make us feel held back, afraid, or unsure of where to go from here. But these moments can also be the points of growth and healing from which we renew ourselves in ways we did not think possible.
It is a great privilege helping men and women in their search to improve their relationship with themselves and others, to lessen the burden of emotional pain, to experience freedom from addictions, or to embark on new life challenges - to find the hope and courage needed to take those important next steps.

Knows No Face LLC is a mental health and wellness counseling and consulting practice committed to supporting individuals, families, and communities on their journey toward emotional healing and personal growth. Founded by Rashida Henry, a Licensed Professional Counselor, author, and speaker, the company was created from a deep, personal commitment to increasing mental health awareness and accessibility—particularly within urban communities where stigma, systemic barriers, and limited resources often prevent individuals from seeking support.
Through counseling, education, and community engagement, Knows No Face LLC works to normalize conversations around mental health, empower individuals with practical tools for resilience, and foster environments where healing is not only possible but sustainable. The mission is rooted in compassion, cultural responsiveness, and a belief that wellness truly knows no face—it transcends background, circumstance, and identity.
At its core, the practice exists to help people move from surviving to thriving.
