Hi, I am so glad you are here! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years in the field with 8 of them being in therapy settings. I received my masters in social work from Rutgers University and obtained my clinical hours while working in Philadelphia doing case management for at risk populations. I have shifted into private practice in the last few years taking my experience in case management and applying it to therapeutic techniques. I work with my clients on individual goal setting catered to their personal needs. I will meet you where you are and work with you on developing a therapeutic relationship. I believe that trust building is the most important part of therapy and I work with my clients on developing that relationship in the beginning of treatment. I work with adults who are navigating through various life transitions and stressful situations.
In our first session we will get to know each other. You can tell me as much or as little as you are comfortable. I start where my clients want to start in therapy, tell me why you are here and what you want to work on. In our work together, we’ll focus on helping you find balance, clarity, and calm amid the challenges you face. My approach is warm, nonjudgmental, and tailored to your unique needs, helping you build tools for emotional well-being and personal growth
As a therapist, I create a warm and supportive environment where clients feel safe exploring their thoughts and emotions. I integrate evidence-based interventions with a flexible, individualized approach tailored to each client’s needs. Through empathy, active listening, and collaboration, I work to ensure clients feel understood while empowering them to make meaningful changes. My experience across diverse settings and age groups allows me to build strong, authentic connections and meet clients where they are. I approach each person without judgment or assumptions, fostering a space for genuine self-exploration and growth.
I work with adults who are navigating life transitions, relationships with friends and family, and the ups and downs of dating. I am an ally who works with women and people who identify as LGBTQIA . Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of your next steps, I strive to offer a supportive space where you can feel understood and begin the healing process.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and use evidence-based techniques to help my clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we’ll identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck and develop practical coping strategies to support meaningful change. My approach is collaborative and focused on helping you shift unhelpful thinking and build healthier, more effective behaviors.
Strength-Based
I take a multi systems approach in therapy pulling from my learnings in school and while in the field. I believe that therapy is not a one size fits all approach and meet my clients where they are in their own healing process. I will pull from a variety of different techniques and theories to create the best treatment plan for my clients individual needs.
Supportive
I use supportive therapy to help my clients cope with emotional distress, build resilience, and improve their ability to function in daily life. Supportive therapy will emphasize strengthening my client’s existing coping mechanisms rather than restructuring deep-rooted patterns.

Liz is phenomenal at what she does. She challenges me, is supportive, and super empowering. I always feel lighter after talking to her.

I thought Elizabeth was very open and present and warm and thoughtful. I would have stayed with her as my therapist but for the time being I’m trying another route to wellness through a 12 step program. However, I would highly recommend Elizabeth to anyone who wants a good therapist.

Love that she asked questions to get to know me better and helped me to stay focused on my treatment goals and plans
