Hi, I am so glad you are here! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years in the field with 8 of them being in therapy settings. I received my masters in social work from Rutgers University and obtained my clinical hours while working in Philadelphia doing case management for at risk populations. I have shifted into private practice in the last few years taking my experience in case management and applying it to therapeutic techniques. I work with my clients on individual goal setting catered to their personal needs. I will meet you where you are and work with you on developing a therapeutic relationship. I believe that trust building is the most important part of therapy and I work with my clients on developing that relationship in the beginning of treatment. I work with adults who are navigating through various life transitions.
In our first session we will get to know each other. You can tell me as much or as little as you are comfortable. I start where my clients want to start in therapy, tell me why you are here and what you want to work on. In our work together, we’ll focus on helping you find balance, clarity, and calm amid the challenges you face. My approach is warm, nonjudgmental, and tailored to your unique needs, helping you build tools for emotional well-being and personal growth
As a therapist, I create a warm and supportive environment where clients feel safe exploring their thoughts and emotions. I integrate evidence-based interventions with a flexible, individualized approach tailored to each client’s needs. Through empathy, active listening, and collaboration, I work to ensure clients feel understood while empowering them to make meaningful changes. My experience across diverse settings and age groups allows me to build strong, authentic connections and meet clients where they are. I approach each person without judgment or assumptions, fostering a space for genuine self-exploration and growth.
I work with adults who are navigating the many demands of relationships, marriage, career growth, and parenting. I’m passionate about helping clients find balance and clarity as they move through life’s transitions. Whether you’re managing the challenges of the sandwich generation, caring for children and aging parents while juggling personal goals , or simply trying to reconnect with yourself, I offer a supportive and nonjudgmental space to process, heal, and grow. My goal is to help you strengthen relationships, manage stress, and feel more grounded and confident in daily life.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I have been formally trained in CBT using techniques to help my clients sort through thoughts, feelings and behavior tendencies. We will work together to find coping skills and solutions on how to shift thinking and change behavior.
Strength-Based
I take a multi systems approach in therapy pulling from my learnings in school and while in the field. I believe that therapy is not a one size fits all approach and meet my clients where they are in their own healing process. I will pull from a variety of different techniques and theories to create the best treatment plan for my clients individual needs.
Supportive
I use supportive therapy to help my clients cope with emotional distress, build resilience, and improve their ability to function in daily life. Supportive therapy will emphasize strengthening my client’s existing coping mechanisms rather than restructuring deep-rooted patterns.

Liz had been a great listener and asked the right questions to push me further. I feel less stress and more at ease day to day. Since our first session, she has made me feel seen, heard, and comfortable being myself. I love our sessions and look forward to more time working together.

Liz is very easy to talk. She gives me things to think about, as opposed to me just talking which I like. Overall, my experience with Liz is great. She is very open minded and real.

Each week I feel more and more comfortable with Liz. She doesn't judge, and is giving her thoughts on solutions which I need. I enjoy talking to Liz.
