Some of treatment methods and tools I utilize are: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Brief (SFBT),Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Client Centered, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR).

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My strength areas are helping people with anxiety, stress, grief, anger management, and self-esteem issues. I am certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and I utilize solution-focused techniques in my sessions. I think that it is very important to look into one's past in order to move forward. Family of origin work is very important.

I am here for clients who are looking to grow, find a new set of coping skills and techniques and are willing to do homework and challenge their cognitive distortions. Everyone has cognitive distortions.
