I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with over 10 years of experience working with adults and couples in clinical, school-based, and telehealth settings. I help people better understand themselves, work through emotional challenges, and develop healthier patterns that support lasting growth. My presence in therapy is warm, honest, and grounded, creating a space where you can show up as you are. When clients specifically request or express interest, I am able to thoughtfully integrate faith-based or spiritual perspectives into the therapeutic process in a way that respects each person’s values and comfort level.
Hi, I’m Mia. With over seven years of clinical experience, I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel truly heard. I have worked with children, teens, adults, couples, high-risk populations, and members of the LGBTQIA community. I value meeting each client as a whole person and honoring their unique experiences, identities, and strengths.
In our work together, we’ll explore what feels heavy or overwhelming and build on the strengths you already have. I aim to help you move toward greater balance, healing, and personal growth at a pace that feels right for you. Whether you are navigating emotional challenges, relationship concerns, or a major life transition, my goal is to support you in creating meaningful and lasting change.
Are you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or weighed down by life’s challenges? Whether you are struggling with depression, anxiety, substance use, trauma, relationship issues, or the stress of everyday life, you do not have to go through it alone.
My name is Michael, and I am a licensed therapist with over a decade of experience helping people from all walks of life find clarity, healing, and growth. I have worked extensively with individuals facing depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, substance use and recovery, childhood and relational trauma, men’s issues, self worth, identity struggles, and relationship difficulties.
My approach is compassionate, practical, and supportive. I focus on meeting you where you are and working together to untangle what feels overwhelming, while giving you tools that create real change. Therapy with me is not about quick fixes but about building a life that feels balanced, meaningful, and authentic.
I also understand the importance of creativity and personal expression. My background in the arts has shown me how vital it is to have outlets for what we carry inside. Many of my clients are artists, performers, and writers, but creativity is not required. What matters is that you are a human being with a story, and I am here to help you move forward with strength and clarity.
When we work together you will find a therapist who listens without judgment, asks thoughtful questions, and collaborates with you to find solutions that fit your life. I look forward to meeting you, learning your story, and helping you take the next step toward healing and growth.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and doctoral-level clinician who helps high-achieving, self-aware adults navigate anxiety, burnout, relationship stress, and life transitions. Many of my clients are deeply capable people who appear “put together” on the outside but feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected internally. My work focuses on helping you understand yourself more clearly, regulate your emotions more effectively, and move through life with confidence and intention.
My name is Latanya. I am a licensed mental counselor in New York. I completed my studies at NYU and have worked and interned in various settings. They range from community preventive work to private practice. Currently, I primarily serve adult individuals and couples. I have been in practice 35+ years as a social worker and therapist. My training is in pyschoanalytic psychotherapy and CBT along with holistic gestalt techniques. My practice covers a wide demographic of all ages. At the core I intend to help patients develop a greater self esteem, undo early and ongoing emotional losses, and feel safe in our work together.
I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 30 years of experience helping individuals heal relationships with themselves, others, and the world around them. My approach is client-centered and integrative, combining evidence-based methods like cognitive-behavioral therapy and structural family therapy with tools inspired by Jungian psychology and the Medicine Wheel. Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and I received my Masters in Social Work from Fordham University in NYC. I work with adults who are currently experiencing depression and/or anxiety to help them discover the root of their concerns so that they can become the best versions of themselves. Since every individual is so unique, I use an individualized approach in talk therapy to help you overcome your challenges by gaining new coping skills and new ways to think about your situation.
My name is Tatiana, and I’m glad you’ve taken this brave step toward support. Reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable, and it’s normal to feel anxious or unsure in the beginning. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with experience working with a diverse range of clients, including those navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and life transitions. I take a client-centered approach, believing therapy should focus on what feels most important and comfortable for you. I tailor each session to your unique needs and goals.
I integrate evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness. CBT helps identify and challenge unhelpful or intrusive thoughts, allowing for healthier, more balanced thinking—especially helpful for anxiety. A solution-focused approach emphasizes strengths and views challenges as manageable and solvable. When working with substance use concerns, I utilize motivational interviewing to foster motivation, insight, and meaningful change. Mindfulness techniques support grounding, present-moment awareness, and relaxation.
Together, we will build coping skills, increase self-awareness, and strengthen your ability to manage life’s challenges. Therapy is a collaborative process, and I am here to support you as you work toward emotional balance, self-confidence, and a more fulfilling life.
I am a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 18 years of experience working with diverse populations in a culturally responsive way. The building blocks of forming a trusting relationship with clients is providing them with a safe and supportive space to talk about the issues that are most impacting their lives and work collaboratively on solutions that work best for them.
Hi, I’m a licensed therapist who believes change happens when you feel truly seen and understood. I bring warmth, curiosity, and thoughtful honesty into the room, creating a space where you can slow down and untangle what’s been weighing on you.
I work with adults who may feel overwhelmed, disconnected, stuck or navigating major life changes. Together, we make sense of patterns, build self-trust, and take steady, realistic steps toward a life that feels more aligned and fulfilling.
You don’t have to be brave in here. Just honest. We’re not chasing better—we’re chasing truer.
Are you high-functioning on the outside but feeling overwhelmed, emotionally stuck, or disconnected on the inside? I work with adults at a crossroads, navigating stress, burnout, life transitions, grief and loss, caregiving strain, and long-standing patterns that no longer fit—people who have been “holding it together” for a long time. (That includes the patterns that show up in family and close connections—without turning your life into a reality show.)
My style is warm, direct, and collaborative. I use an insight-oriented (psychodynamic) approach to help you understand the roots beneath the pattern—family-of-origin dynamics, protective roles, and the stories you’ve had to live by. I also use psychoeducation to make therapy practical: clear language for what you’re experiencing, tools for boundaries, and ways to respond differently in real life.
Therapy here isn’t about performing progress. It’s about telling the truth safely and building steadier ground from there.

I believe meaningful change happens when trust and empathy are at the center of the therapeutic relationship, and I work intentionally to build that foundation with every client.
My approach to therapy is integrative, meaning I draw from a variety of therapeutic ideas and tools to best support your unique needs. Rather than using a one-size-fits-all method, I tailor our work together so it feels aligned with who you are, your goals, and your life experiences. Some modalities include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy and Humanistic Therapy.
Whether you are seeking individual support or navigating relationships within a couple or family system, my goal is to help you feel empowered and capable of creating positive change.

With my extensive experience and training, I can provide my patients with effective, compassionate care and support through their personal struggles. I use an integrative approach, drawing from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused, humanistic, and strengths-based interventions. Treatment is always tailored to your unique needs, goals, and lived experience.
I most often support clients experiencing anxiety, burnout, low self-esteem, people-pleasing, stress related to relationships or work, and challenges connected to major life transitions. As a Hispanic/Latin× and LGBTQ+ identified therapist, I’m mindful of how culture, identity, and systemic stressors impact mental health, and I strive to create an affirming and inclusive space for all clients.
I may be a great fit for you if you’re looking for a therapist who balances warmth with practical tools and values collaboration, insight, and personal growth. If you’re ready to take the next step, I’d be honored to support you — feel free to schedule a session to see if we’re a good fit.
I take a person-centered approach to therapy, offering a welcoming and compassionate space where people can explore their strengths and create positive change. I believe you are the expert of your own life, and together, we can uncover the abilities and resilience that already exist within you. With a background in education, I bring empathy and understanding to our work, helping you navigate both the challenges of today and the lingering impact of yesterday’s experiences.

I have done post graduate work at The Center for Modern Psychoanalytic Studies and The Metropolitan Institute for Training in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy. As your counselor, my focus is on helping you discover what truly matters to you and supporting you in creating a life that feels meaningful and fulfilling. My role is to help you recognize and build on those strengths, develop greater self-awareness, and move forward with clarity, confidence, and emotional balance.
When I was a teen, I remember feeling constantly lost and overwhelmed by my own emotions. As a freshman in Highschool, II sought out the school counselor, who ended up not only supporting me through high school, but also encouraged me to support others around me through our "peer support" club. Being a support to my peers was such as fulfilling experience, that when I was a young adult trying to figure out where my life was going, I had decided that I was going to make a career out of supporting others!
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience in providing psychotherapy to children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. My work focuses on helping you regulate emotions, process traumatic experiences, improve communication, and build healthier thought patterns. Together, we identify patterns that feel stuck — whether related to self-worth, attachment wounds, workplace stress, or unresolved trauma — and develop practical tools to increase resilience and emotional stability.
I aim to create a safe, trusting therapeutic relationship where you feel heard and empowered. My goal is to help you reduce symptoms, strengthen coping skills, and reconnect with a grounded, confident version of yourself so you can move forward with clarity and purpose.

I value creating a respectful, affirming environment where clients feel seen, heard, and supported. Our first session will focus on building connection, clarifying goals, and establishing a shared understanding of your needs and therapeutic priorities.

Together, we focus on understanding what’s been holding you back and building practical tools to help you feel calmer, more confident, and more like yourself again.
I believe in seeing the client before me as a whole person rather than their diagnosis. The
therapy room should be safe space to develop a positive relationship with a therapist one has
rapport with and I aim to be that therapist for everyone who walks into my office. I utilize
multiple tools and theories in sessions; but at the core, I am a person-centered therapist who
practices unconditional positive regard for my clients. Whatever issue or life change brings you
to therapy, I will work with you to help you create a more positive mental space for yourself, and
empower you to make the necessary changes to impact your life in a beneficial manner. Therapy
is a tool for everyone to use; life can get challenging, and having someone in your corner to
support you through different obstacles can be an advantage.

Hi, Welcome to my page. It takes courage to seek for a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards change. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you. We all face challenges in our daily lives. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in New York State and have been practicing for over 13 years, and I am also a Military Veteran.
I hold a doctoral degree in counseling psychology from the University at Albany, with specialized training in psychodynamic therapy. Over the past 14 years, I have developed an eclectic practice, working across diverse settings that have deepened my understanding of the human condition. Through this experience, I have come to appreciate both the resilience individuals possess and the challenges they face when striving toward their goals while carrying the weight of past experiences and ingrained patterns. I recognize how daily life can sometimes feel burdensome, leading to a sense of being “stuck.” I believe the therapeutic relationship provides a supportive space to gain clarity and renewed energy, helping clients move forward and foster meaningful growth.
I am a psychotherapist who believes healing happens in spaces where you feel seen, heard, and not judged. My work is rooted in trauma-informed, culturally responsive care, and I approach therapy with both clinical skill and deep compassion. As a BIPOC woman, I understand how layered identities, family expectations, and lived experiences shape how we move through the world. I integrate evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, and EMDR-informed techniques, while honoring the whole person (mind, body, culture, and story). My goal is to create a space where you don’t have to perform or have it all figured out, you can simply be.
Allinllachu (Hello in Quechua)! My name is Joicy and I am a Queer Quechua Peruvian immigrant.
Community takes the center stage in my life’s work. Whether that is inviting clients to think of their community and cultivate intentional interpersonal relationships or thinking of our collective joy and grief, I am guided and guide people to explore the self in relation to community. It is within our circles that through conversation and exploration we are all able to become aware of patterns created through our life experiences, develop healthy ways to navigate interactions, and have the opportunity to live a stable and healthy life. There is no “one size fits all” approach to therapy. I utilize a combination of practices with a focus on liberation psychology, psychodynamic, humanistic, decolonized approaches to healing. I believe that exploring current situations paired with reflecting on past experiences as well as considering ancestral history, can be a recipe to develop awareness which can drive the process of change in people; if they so desire.
Allyship, privilege, racism, homophobia, colorism, history of colonization on mental health, and intersectionality are some topics that will be brought up and discussed within the therapeutic process.
I speak Spanish and English.

I was born in The Bronx, NY which has inducted me naturally into a world that did not always make sense. I am mixed with African American and Native American heritage so this has allowed me to be both culturally sensitive as well as unbiased towards the human experience. I have a great appreciation for humanity which has led me to this field and assisting individuals in recognizing their innate abilities to push through tough challenges is my most treasured goal. My practice embodies the three core processes I have concluded to be effective during my 13 years of experience. These processes are; explore, grow, and maintain and through these processes, individuals will understand and explore where they have come from, growing through their experiences, and using the skills along the way in maintaining effective change.
