LCSW, 9 years of experience
New to Grow
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with 4 years of licensed experience and 9 years in the mental health field. I work with individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, and life transitions. My approach is client-centered, compassionate, and collaborative. I use strengths-based, solution-focused, and CBT techniques to support healing and growth. I believe each person has untapped resilience, and I aim to help clients recognize and build on the strengths they already hold. I strive to create a safe, affirming space where you feel seen, heard, and empowered. Therapy with me is a partnership, and I’ll meet you where you are—helping you move forward at your own pace with support and care.
Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. I’ll invite you to share a bit about yourself, what’s bringing you to therapy, and what you’re hoping to explore or work toward. There’s no pressure to have all the answers or to dive into anything before you feel ready. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and understood. We’ll go at your pace, and I’ll be there to guide the process while also listening closely to what feels most important to you. Whether you come in with clear goals or are just beginning to make sense of things, we’ll work together to find a path forward that feels right for you.
As a therapist, I bring warmth, openness, and a genuine human presence to our work together. Clients often tell me they feel at ease in our sessions—I aim to create a space that’s welcoming, non-judgmental, and grounded in compassion. I take a strengths-based approach, meaning I focus not only on what’s challenging, but also on your resilience, values, and what’s already working for you. I believe therapy doesn’t have to be heavy all the time—there’s room for humor, lightness, and being fully human in the process. I show up as myself so you can feel safe showing up as you. Together, we’ll explore what matters most to you, at a pace that feels right.
I offer a supportive, compassionate space for individuals navigating anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, and life transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that healing happens through connection and understanding. I welcome people of all identities and backgrounds, and I’m committed to providing an affirming space for LGBTQIA+ clients where you can show up exactly as you are.
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you identify and change unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors. This practical, evidence-based approach teaches coping skills to manage anxiety, depression, and stress. Together, we’ll work on building healthier thinking habits and strategies that support lasting positive change.
take a compassion-focused approach to therapy, helping clients build kindness toward themselves while working through difficult emotions. My aim is to create a safe, supportive space where you can explore challenges without judgment, and develop a more caring relationship with yourself.
