Life can be challenging causing anxiety and self doubt however your feelings matter and sometimes it is not easy to talk about them. My background with working in a mental health facility, hospital, education and child welfare have provided me with over 20 years of experience working with children, teens, individuals and families providing therapy to cope with various life transitions.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
Starting at our initial session and continuing, my goal is to provide a welcoming environment which allows you get comfortable to share your thoughts, feelings, and goals.

I provide a safe non-judgmental space for individuals to explore their emotions, difficulties and experiences regarding uncertainty, stress, relationships, depression, low self-esteem, and anxiety. I will be there to listen, support and challenge you through those transitions.
Solution Focused Brief Treatment
This treatment is helpful as it identifies client strengths, while exploring the goal that while trying to complete one small task towards accomplishing that goal.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use this method to assist clients with identifying triggers and changing their negative thoughts by setting goals, journaling or establishing relaxation techniques.
