Some modalities include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy and Humanistic Therapy. Whether you are seeking individual support or navigating relationships within a couple or family system, my goal is to help you feel empowered and capable of creating positive change.

In our first session, we will take time to get to know one another and discuss what brought you to therapy. Together, we will identify your goals and begin exploring practical and meaningful ways to work toward them. I aim to make this first meeting feel welcoming and collaborative, allowing you to move at a pace that feels comfortable while we begin building clarity and direction.

I enjoy asking thoughtful questions that help uncover deeper insights, while also offering encouragement and empowerment along the way. My goal is to help you feel supported as you develop greater awareness, confidence, and trust in yourself.

My treatment methods

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

We will use DBT to gain practical skills in emotional regulation and coping with uncomfortable and difficult thoughts, feelings and behaviors. We will utilize mindfulness interventions to strengthen awareness to the present moments, and noticing our thoughts and feelings without judgment or implication.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

We will use CBT to gain insight and awareness into thought patterns and its influence on emotions and behaviors. We will implement change with these thought patterns to gain relief and growth in ourselves.

Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)

Using EFT, we will gain awareness and skills in building secure connections by understanding underlying emotional patterns and roots.

Humanistic

Through a Humanistic lens, we will cultivate the innate human drive for growth, purpose, self-actualization and gain an appreciation and integration of the full human experience.
